Directly supporting the Senior Director DPC / Ecom on all topics related to eCommerce for EMC across all regions with ecommerce platforms (Legal entities and Non legal entities).
Work closely with EM HUB eCommerce teams; Planning and Execution, Digital Operations, Digital Analytics, Consumer Experience, ensuring EMC is top of mind and fully supported by HUB.
Monitoring site enhancements and roll out plans and be the SPOC for EMC for driving developments with HUB and Global project teams.
Ensure best in class consumer experience (CX and UI) across all platforms in EMC.
Work closely with Digital operations to ensure a consistent seamless end to end journey including last mile and customer service across all EMC sites.
Provide any necessary support for Partner Program roll out and trading with account management teams.
Supporting in best in class content including English and Arabic site translation consistency.
Work with planning and execution team to ensure all eCom targets across all regions (sell-out KPI's such as top line, conversion rates, traffic, stock cover and others) for own eCommerce is in line with market expectations.
Drive with EM HUB teams local relevant initiatives specific to regions ie. Ramadan
Support with brand launches within agreed dates, retail introduction & Marketing Activation Team alignment to build relevant content, brand communication and activation for product launches.
