We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and overall quality of Holouly's SaaS products (MDAWEM, Right Now, and ETEPS). The role focuses on designing and executing manual and automated testing strategies to validate functional and non-functional requirements, identify defects, and support high-quality product releases.
The QC Engineer will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and the QC Manager, contribute to continuous quality improvement, maintain quality metrics, and promote a quality-first mindset throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute manual and automated tests for web-based SaaS applications.

Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.

Identify, log, track, and verify defects using issue-tracking tools.

Maintain and improve automated test suites to optimize testing cycles.

Monitor and report on quality metrics and testing status.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure testability and product quality.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in software QA/QC or testing roles.

Experience with SaaS or web-based applications.

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, Agile practices, and QA tools.

Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
