    • Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and quickly adapt in an agile manner to changing priorities in a fast paced dynamic environment.


    • Possess strong leadership & interpersonal skills, further to being strategy oriented showing strong organizational capabilities.


    • Adapt company goal plans, processes and develop new ones to respond effectively to the change as per requested by the Etisalat Misr Middle management and communicates and adopt as a role-model the company's mission, values, goals.


    • Manage all activities over a broad spectrum of assigned duties , responsibilities and identifies complex problems and works on developing and implementing resolutions for.


    • Propose ongoing development ideas for processes and identify gaps and strengths in the operational process, evaluates the need for changes of the operations and work on acquiring the relevant management approvals over


    • Setting the appropriate tendering practices for Sourcing of company's commercial requirements through the interpretation contractual provisions, analyse significant and/or unique contractual requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and procedure and review contracts for accuracy


    • Leading and monitoring all Best in Class sourcing and Procurement initiatives


    • Act on any potential non-compliances and other problems that could have an adverse impact on the company's best interest


    • Approving the relevant periodical reports requested by the company's senior and top management


    • Demonstrate and maintain patience, tact, teamwork and commitment towards superior service and performance
