Deltachem, a growing supplier of pharmaceutical active ingredients (APIs) and raw materials, is expanding its commercial team and looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals to join us.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Sales & Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for pharmaceutical ingredients
- Lead business development activities across pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturers
- Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
- Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve performance targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical raw materials, APIs, or B2B pharma trading
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience managing sales teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales activities and customer follow-up
- Support market expansion and customer acquisition
- Maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Achieve assigned sales targets and reporting KPIs
Requirements:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or healthcare B2B sales preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
