We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to take full ownership of our social media presence and help grow the brand through structured planning, creative thinking, and consistent execution.
Role DescriptionThis role is responsible for managing and growing our social media platforms, primarily Instagram, by building a clear monthly content strategy, maintaining a structured posting calendar, and ensuring all content reflects our premium brand identity.
The ideal candidate understands fashion, branding, and digital trends, and can combine planning with hands-on content creation.Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee New Horizon's social media platforms
Develop and maintain a structured monthly content calendar
Plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories strategically
Ensure consistent posting aligned with campaign and product launches
Study local and international competitors
Monitor fashion and luxury content trends
Develop creative ideas for launches, campaigns, and collection drops
Prepare launch content in advance and coordinate execution
Plus
Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos and videos during editorials and campaigns
Assist in filming and editing reels when needed (CapCut or similar tools)
Maintain visual consistency and protect the premium brand image
Coordinate with influencers and support UGC content collaborations
Requirements
Strong understanding of Instagram and content strategy
Experience in content planning and scheduling
Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
Basic design awareness and strong aesthetic sense
Interest in fashion and premium branding
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
