- Participate in the entire talent acquisition process from start to end, effective onboarding and induction program
- Implement talent management strategies, programs, and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address talent gaps, succession planning, and career development opportunities
- Design and facilitate talent assessment and development programs
- Manage the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Participate in the design and implementation of HR projects and initiatives as needed
