I am an ambitious and dedicated individual who enjoys learning and developing my skills. I thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy problem-solving. I am looking for new opportunities in the accounting field or banking sector to achieve my professional goals.

I have diverse work experience in accounting and customer service. I started my career as a Customer Service Representative at Banque Misr, where I handled customer inquiries and prepared reports. I then worked in sales at First Abu Dhabi Bank, where I was responsible for selling banking products and resolving complaints. Prior to that, I worked as an Accountant at Dukes, where I prepared financial statements and managed accounts, which helped enhance my financial and administrative skills.

I graduated from the Faculty of Commerce at Helwan University, majoring in Accounting in 2021. I also hold an ICDL certificate from Cairo University, which has enhanced my skills in using various computer applications. My education has provided me with a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, preparing me for a successful career in the financial sector.
