I am Yasmine Eltabei, Human resources Manager,I have more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources and management, with a great understanding of agile business, and experience in a dynamic company. I used to handle a full spectrum of HR functions  including employee engagement, performance management, recruitment & manpower planning, compensation & benefit, succession planning, employee relations & legal Parts.Plus building a culture of freedom & responsibility.

I led the People & Culture department at buseet for 2 yrs & 9 month now.Was handling the full spectrum of HR functions  including employee engagement, performance management, recruitment & manpower planning, compensation & benefit, succession planning, employee relations & legal Parts.Plus building a culture of freedom & responsibility.

Prior to joining buseet was part of LEO Pharma team in MENA region ,LEO Pharma is a pharmaceutical company -Worked directly with MENA senior Director and reporting to HR & Compliance Director For ALMA Region.(Latin America,Middle East,Africa,Asia Russia CIS).

Prior to joining LEO Pharma I worked in diversity of industries all in HR function .

Worked at=t Tharwa Breda petroleum services company, Egyptian European company and Coldwell Banker.
