*Hello, my name is Yaacoub Samir. I'm 31 years old, and I graduated from the Faculty of Arts, French Department. I currently live in Giza.*

*As for my work experience:*  
- I began my career as a *secretary* at a music institute.  
- Then, I worked as a *receptionist* at a hotel in *Dou'i*.  
- After that, I joined *Exceed* in 6th of October City as a *call center agent*, where I worked for three years.  
- I then joined *Orange Egypt*, first as a *technical support agent*, and later moved to the *sales department*.  
- Currently, I’m working at *Teleperformance*, and I’ve been there for five months.

*Now, I’m looking for a new job opportunity where I can grow, contribute, and build on my past experience.*
