Professional project manager with over 15-years progressive experience with overseeing various fields. Participating in medium/large scale projects in the Middle East “Egypt & Iraq” assist forming my experience and gave me competency in EPCC works in oil, gas & water treatment facilities.

• Responsible for project scope identification, initiation of management plans and project budget and achieve any necessary coordination with project stakeholders.
• Capable of ensuring the good and laminar conditions, especially in the beginning of the project to accomplish adjusted goals.
• Responsible for project risk management for subjected threads or opportunities starting from investigation, analysis and recover.
• Follow and maintain the comprehensive project documentation such as: technical execution plans, method statements and execution methodologies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage interface with all stakeholders during project and keep on their satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate between the activities to ensure that project objectivities are running with respect to the time schedule.
• Familiar with site conditions and capable of leading the team during various project phases.
• Distribute section resources and monitor actual costs versus forecasted costs.
• Focus on project budget and keep challenge to increase project contribution margin by increasing revenue and cost reduction also talented in leading technical/commercial negotiations.
• Ensure that all running activities are delivered on-time by tracking the daily progress, also take the necessary actions such like: Crashing or smoothing to recover any schedule delay.
• Provide solutions for client in case of any problems or changes like: Clashing, Mismatching, and Lack of Material, based on teamwork efforts.
• Ensure company and client’s HSE policy, procedures, and regulations during various project phases keeping on project staff & assets.
• Familiar with international standards of Petroleum industry sector and multinational companies’ systems such as Sharecat, EDAM, ..etc.
• Capable of handling complicated facilities that consists of various systems and subsystems.
