i am a civil engineer with one year of experience as site engineer and then i joined the talent program at Redcon construction for 7 months where i worked in every department in the company and currently i am working as Contracts and Claims engineer Construction industry

I am a Civil Engineer, i have graduated from the Canadian International College in 2019, currently i  am working as Contracts and Claims Engineer in Redcon Construction which is one of the mega construction companies in Egypt, my job description is :-

1. Reviewing of tender contractual documents to make sure that the contract terms and conditions address the essential company’ requirements;
2. Proposing the contractual comments based on a contractual documents detailed study;
3. Ensure that contractual obligations are accurately documented, executed, satisfied in agreements and closely followed up;
4. Handling all contractual activities from the commencement of project execution;
5. Supporting project team in managing any disagreement over contract scope
(preparation/ issuance of request for variation);
6. Attending progress meetings to monitor the project progress status;
7. Drafting key contractual letters based on the contract conditions to address
contractor’s issues, progress status, contractual notices and variation orders;
8. Managing and preparing variation orders according to V.O contractual process;
9. Preparing, submitting and negotiating variation orders and claims in a timely and
effective manner.

i have graduated from the Canadian International College in 2019 With over all grade Good
