Economics is my major, worked in development with several international organizations and governmental entities

I am currentlyworking as a monitoring and evaluation consultant at Transforming Egypt’s healthcare system project and EgyptCovid -19 Emergency response project funded by the World Bank. And since 2020, acting as deputy to the head of projectunit at the ministry of health and population.Throughout my work experience within the aforementioned project, I have been exposed to several health projects with many donors such as AFD, EU, EIB, World Bank and WHO. I have developed my ability to conduct any research and reportsthoroughly and effectively, my skills in terms of presentation, communication and problem solving. During my current job, I also tackled got exposed to working with different ministries and donors. I also supported the head of the projects in the conceptual development of the operational and work plans. Currently, I am in charge of three mentioned projects, and I participates in identifying needs for external support and advice, works on policy recommendations and ensures the alignment with partners’ goals. Also I have assisted in organizing 4 missions of the world bank team to keep them up with the progress of the projects.

I had my master degree in International Economics from Berlin school of Economics and Law and my Bachelor degree from Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University, whereas my major is Economics and minor is Statistics. Besides, I had diploma of monitoring and evaluation from the American university in Cairo.
