As the Interior Design Team Leader, my responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers through a positive attitude and attentive response. I also conduct training and mentor team members to promote productivity and commitment to friendly service. Additionally, I establish open and professional relationships with team members to achieve quick resolutions for various issues.

In my role, I am responsible for presenting company products to consultants and new clients. I also update the design and sales teams about the news of products from our suppliers. Furthermore, I guide the team in choosing the best products for each project and meet with clients to discuss their projects.

To ensure the success of our projects, I follow up by preparing financial offers, presentations, drawings, and 3D designs. I review financial offers and presentations issued by the team and revise purchase orders as needed.
