Salma Abosaied

I am Salma Abosaied, I am currently the HR Capability Manager at IDH , my previous position was the Learning and Development Manager at St.Regis Hotel also, I am studying a masters degree in Human Resources Management, I graduated from English commerce business administration department also, I have been granted an ERASMUS masters degree scholarship program for six months at Bologna University in Italy. 
I have eight years experience in the field of Human Resources, I have worked in all HR departments starting with personnel, recruitment, HRIS till my recent specialization in Training and development. 
My last position as a Learning and Development Manager at Park Hyatt Maldives, I was responsible for the Learning and development department, I had developed new training materials for most of the training sessions given by myself and our top management team, I also made a series of training programs to all 200 staff member at the hotel, I have successfully facilitated more than 100 training sessions. 

Previously I have worked in the position of Human Resources Supervisor in Training at Four Seasons Hotels, where I was responsible for training 400 staff members I have also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator in Perfect solution, Business and English Instructor at New Horizons.
I had internships in five different banks in various departments and I also had an internship in the Human Resources department at Hilton Green Plaza.
I have done numerous extracurricular projects, but I ought to highlight the Model of American Congress because it had the greatest impact on my career path as it gave me the opportunity to discover my passion for Learning and Development.

Master Degree in Human Resources Management
