Human Resources and change management professional, specialized in managing Human Resources and Administration function as well as transformation projects in Africa,(Egypt, Nigeria & Kenya), Lebanon, Jordan, KSA, GCC (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait) , and Turkey for the past 11 years. 

My background in Human Resources combined different industries; FMCG, Retail, Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, Real Estate and Financial services with multinational and regional organizations. 

My experience varies from launching a very stable and organized Human Resources teams across different regions, mapping HR Strategies, leading HR projects, forming and tailoring best practice in regional HR policies and procedures, automating HRIS (SAP system) and coaching senior management.

Hands- on experience of Labor law & HR best practices in Egypt, Nigeria & Kenya (Africa), Saudi, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE & Oman Middle East & Turkey.

Merging & acquisition experience of a one Retail organization in Turkey and two Medical/ Healthcare organizations in Nigeria & Kenya.
