- Achieve the production plan in an agile manner.
- Follow up on the WIP and communicate with the planning team to reduce.
- Making SOPs for each procedure in the packaging processes.
- Calculate the OPI of the production lines to determine the machine downtime, the external stops, the speed loss, and the changeover time to minimize the waste of time to keep within the monthly and yearly targets.
- Follow up on the packaging losses to keep within the monthly and yearly targets.
- Insert the manufacturing data entries and material consumption on the ERP system. 
- Follow up the daily report with BOM of each using material on the production line.
- Lead 17 laborers with their vacations, evaluations, and development plan.
- Follow up on the CIP of the needed fillers before using them daily.
- Execute the Autonomous Maintenance made by the technicians and senior technicians
- Used Excel macros to create tools that help us in daily operations.
- Cooperate with the maintenance team to apply the TPM pillars daily. 
- Cooperate with the quality team to maintain the top quality of each product.
- Follow the instructions of the HSE department and the daily toolbox talk.
- Maintain the traceability of the product/batch report.
