At MTI Jaguar Land Rover, Elnozha. As a Workshop Manager, I have managed a team of technicians and provided a technical support and car diagnosis and troubleshooting advices. I also have given a technical shop training to technicians to improve their technical skills and electrical troubleshooting ability. I acted as a mentor and a shop-Forman at the same time which shaped my training and technical skills expertise.
