Mohammed Emad

Experienced Chemical Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the chemicals field during which I enhanced my skills and knowledge both in the Quality and Production sector. Worked as a Shift Production Engineer at a Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid (LABSA) continuous production plant; responsible for the start-up, shut down and maintaining the right operational conditions plus managing the shift workforce. Meanwhile I work as a Production Shift Leader at Givaudan supervising the production process on the shopfloor and dealing with SAP ERP to facilitate the production process.

I have gained experience both in Batch and Continuous production plants next to skills I acquired during my 5 years journey in the industrial field. For instance, as a Production Shift Leader at Givaudan supervising all production processes on the shopfloor and dealing with the SAP ERP are among my daily duties while handling my shift workforce consisting of 30 operators. On the other hand, as a Shift engineer at Al Intaj SulphoChemical Industries I did control the continuous production of Sulphonic Acid, Initiate the startup & shut down of the plant through the SCADA.
