To lead the delivery of a superior customer experience through active management of customer relations in CC in Egypt. This position is accountable to contribute to the bank’s business operations by handling and resolving customer complaints. Act as center point for customer communication in service failure related issues and ensure proper handling by branch/department staff within SLA. Train staff in complaint related matters. Be investigator for assessing root cause of complaints and minimize reoccurrence. Ensure that all duties are performed for smooth functioning of complaint handling within HBEG
