Bms control engineer 

Experience: 
one year of experience as Application, Sales,technical,Site & Programming BMS engineer at 
“SAMA Automation” for Building Management System "BMS" (Honeywell Partner In Egypt)
and Motor Control Center "MCC" from October 2021 till now. 

- Performing HVAC control system. 
- Design Building Management System (BMS) by using Honeywell Direct Digital Controller 
(DDC) for the projects. 
- Creation and preparation of a commercial offer such as CH.W.S, AHU, FCU, Electrical systems 
(as all Fan types and others) and Lighting control systems. 
- Preparing Sequence of Operation for BMS Systems (AHU, FCU, EF Etc.). 
- Follow up of proposal (Submittal) provided to customers. 
- Carrying out the wiring diagram of the HVAC System Using AutoCAD. 
- Testing and calibration all type of field equipment’s such as (Temperature, Pressure, and Flow 
Control &Actuators……. etc).
- Programming different types of DDC (BACnet) controllers & I/O modules using care software 
according to the equipment specification such as data point schedule, I/O list & sequence of 
operation.
