*Provide courteous and interactive support to customers by offering kitchen
design according to their requirements.
*Assist guests and complete design, sale remodeling projects to fulfill all guests’
needs.
*Collaborate with sales support personnel to offer exceptional customer service.
*Implement selling and operational kitchen design processes.
*Perform as main contact for guest from collection of retainer to sale closure.
*Utilize guest and selling tools as required.
*Provide kitchen design assistance at home and store.
*Provide creative solutions and design to meet or exceed guest’s needs.
*Interact with guests’ to know about their needs, requirements and budgetary
limits.
*Present products to customers suitable to attain their objectives.
*Promote indoor installation services along with indoors value proposition.
*Schedule initial customer home visit as well as coordinate with responsible
project manager.
*Verify “as is” measurements and prepare scope of work working in team with
PBM.
*Establish detailed project budget working with customer and PBM.

* arrange meeting the client, view the products taking into consideration the sale
method and how to promote the products.
* After viewing the products and taking the data of the client, will take an
appointment to take the measures and all the details of kitchen.
* create a design by kitchen Draw program, follow up with the client, and review
the design and can modify the design in case of any reservations by the client
until taking the final approval and agree on the usage of each unit and their
benefits.
*agree whit the client about the total price of the kitchen, write a contract
including all details of the kitchen and all accessories along with contract value
* Draw the order with its measures with all details and colours in general, draw
all details of the kitchen to able to sent to the factory.
*follow up with the factory and client to ensure all required details processed.
* inform the client when the manufacture process is done and take an
appointment to assemble the kitchen.
* confirm the factory about the date of assembly.
* go with the technicians in the date of assembly, supervise the assembly in case
there is a problem in the assembly process we find a solution quickly and report
the client with the solution, taking into consideration that the solution will not
affect the interest of the company.
* supervise the maintenance process.
* follow up with the market and keep up with the latest updates in the field of
kitchens to improve the work performance.
* take into consideration the choice of the client, decide the suitable design of
the kitchen type and suggest colours and shapes to make it easy to decide .
* Be a focal point between the client, the company, the factory, factory of marble
and the technicians.
* try to improve the quality by knowing the background of the client of work flow,
avoid any mistakes and find a solution to any problem if any
* know the method of manufacturing, the used materials and how to manufacture
