MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER OCTOBER 2020 - PRESENT

Alexandria Company for Petroleum Additives (ACPA)

 Communicate on a daily basis with the Production department technicians in order to be informed of a malfunction.

 Oversee the work performed by staff and contractors as required for each job to ensure completion in a timely and correct manner and compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

 Inspect the operation of mechanical installations, manage weekly preventive maintenance in collaboration with the production, department to achieve uninterrupted operation, and supervise installations and machinery upgrades and improvements

 Participate, in cooperation with supervisor, in the selection of the work performed by contractors ensuring more efficient and cost-effective execution of work.

 Maintain safe and clean work area at all times; Ensure workplace safety through implementation, adherence, and enforcement of company business standards, as well as safety and development programs; Plan, coordinate, and ensure safe operations of subcontractors.
