  3. Management of pest control using biological methods.
  4. Produce and maintain working procedures for the Hydroponics site including (health and safety procedures). 
  5. Manage the administration of the Hydroponics site including sales information, efficiency statistics, stock use and management, and managing supplies.
  6. Managing communications with customers and retailers, through a range of media, about crop production and varieties.
