Responsibilities: Management of the maintenance team in HVAC Equipment, Electrical Equipment, firefighting, fire alarm system, all the plumping activities, and the carpentry activities as well . Plan, coordinate, and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical and electrical utilities such as HVAC equipment (chillers, air handlers, a/c systems, coolers and heaters –diesel generators , domestic stations , Irrigation water stations , Fire fighting water stations , Swimming pools and water fountains , elevators , Kitchen and Laundry Equipment , UPS . Supervise Executing maintenance plans concerning periodic, preventive, and corrective activities Develop maintenance plans and schedules (preventive & corrective) for utilities (HVAC ,Boilers ,AHU ,Compressors ,Pumps ,Fire Fighting, coolers and heaters –diesel generators , domestic stations , Irrigation water stations, Swimming pools and water fountains , elevators , Kitchen and Laundry Equipment , UPS system )

My Name is Mohamed Refaat - a Mechanical maintenance power engineer - 2012 Bachelor's degree of Mechanical Power Engineering , Zagazig University .
