Mohamed Elaraby

My name is Mohamed Elaraby, Egyptian born on 19th March 1980, married 
and has 02 kids. I have 18 years of experience in container terminal 
operations, started at 2004 as deck and wharf controller and moving 
forward building my career as vessel supervisor, shift superintendent, 
operations shift manager, operations business process manager and 
currently head of operations excellence. During these 18 years of career 
journey I'm focusing to learn and teach back all the knowledge I have to 
my work network. I earn a solid experience in all operations execution, 
planning and developing details. I have the full capability to share and lead 
start up the operations and join the team to continue the successes.
I had visited several terminals (Port of Salalah, AMPT Tangier, DP world 
Antwerp) for experience exchange and fulfilling business deals, also I 
visited Stinis lifting equipment factory major in the Netherland.
People engagement & management is an important focal point to me in the 
job. Sustaining stability and customer satisfaction is urgency as well as 
achieving the targets. 
I'm accepting to work in all kind of operations responsibilities, workloads
and patterns including long term multitasking that you will trust me to
