Working as a production manager at Star Glue works company from August 2015 till now.

● Working as a quality manager from February 2011 till August 2015. ● Working as a senior quality control chemist in Star Glue works Company from April 2008 till February 2011.

Main quality control lab responsibilities to monitor and investigate all the production steps and respond to it by providing the suitable corrective actions needed if any error was found.

RESPONSIBLE for water treatment supervision and analysis which include periodic checks on COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand) Turbidity, PH value, dirt visual inspection, T.D.S, hardness, grease (fat) content.

In addition to carrying out different Q.C tests as size analysis, viscosity, humidity, moisture, ignition loss, total loss, jelly strength, concentration, COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand content), Turbidity, PH value, dirt visual inspection, T.D.S, hardness, grease (fat) content, raw materials inspection, packaging components inspection and preparing (daily-monthly-yearly) reports.

Also Responsible for P.V.A (white and transparent glue-Poly Vinyl Acetate) production line and its quality checks (solid and moisture content, transparency, elasticity, strength, Flow rate and solubility)

Also responsible for purchasing, maintaining, certifying and calibrating all Quality instruments as well as updating inspection methods.

● Worked in Medizen pharmaceuticals as a production chemist from October 2005 till April 2008.

Main Gelatin preparation department responsibilities in Soft Gelatin Capsules facility.

Trained on & worked in: gelatin preparation tanks, encapsulation machines, batch record sheets preparation, S. G. Cs formulations (with two months training in Seoul, South Korea)

Also cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), Personal Hygiene, Quality rules and management, preparing different SOPs, Cold and hot preparation method of gelatin and calculations of medicine doses as a filling material for S. G. Cs

Trained on Occupational Health & Safety Advisory Services OHSAS18001 & OHSAS18002 in the Arab Academy for Sciences and Technology which was recommended and sponsored by Medizen Pharmaceuticals.
