As a Senior Architect at DM Developments, I lead the architectural design process for multiple residential and commercial projects. My responsibilities span from conceptual development to detailed working drawings and coordination with other departments.

• Lead the architectural design of projects from concept to execution.
• Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Participate in site coordination and provide technical support during construction phases.

• Developed architectural concepts and space planning for residential villas, commercial interiors, and office spaces.
• Produced 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials using AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion and Photoshop.
• Prepared detailed construction drawings and coordinated with consultants and suppliers to ensure accurate execution.
• Assisted in material selection and design presentations to private clients.
• Managed communication and design approvals directly with stakeholders.

Projects ranged from single-family homes to retail fit-outs and hospitality spaces.
