With over ten years of experience in training and development, I have managed national and multinational projects across Canada, the US, China, the Philippines, and Dubai. I have a demonstrated ability to manage the entire training cycle, starting from the client kick-off meeting, defining training requirements, and designing training material, to assigning the project to the suitably skilled specialist and delivering high-quality training.

As a certified instructional designer and E-learning instructional designer, I have experience in managing both traditional and virtual training programs on various platforms. Additionally, I have also been certified as a COPC, Sigma Green, Yellow and Black Belt, TNA,  and have completed an HR course from AUC, providing me with a well-rounded skill set to handle various aspects of the role.

In my previous roles, I have been responsible for managing a team of 10 senior trainers, overseeing their performance, KPIs, and performance appraisals, and setting developmental plans to ensure their continued growth and success. My experience in working with clients to review their business needs and aligning training programs to meet those needs has also been an asset in managing successful projects.
