I have experience in the HR Field for more than 12 Years in leading companies in Automotive & FMCG. I enriched my professionnel experience with studies related to personality types, Stages of The Heart & the Mind & Integral Thinking

I started my career at BMW company in the HR Departement, I rotated in different functions in the department. I worked in the following functions: Personnel, Benefits, Recruitment & Organisation Development. I initiated a lot of projects in the department & was awarded best employee in 2007. After 7 years of experience in BMW I moved to Juhayna leading company in the dairy industry with more than 9 sub companies. I was responsible for the HR company in one of its companies for 3 Years.  I took maternity break then I joined Milky’s ,a very promising dairy company, as an HR manager for one year.  I started after studying Enneagram, Integral Enneagram & Coaching. I assisted in courses, conducted my own courses & participated in international conference.  Combining both experiences enrich my knowledge, analysis & implementation 

I studied in French School “ Collège du Bon Pasteur ”. After I studied Economics & Political Sciences with Major Economics.  I followed these studies by International MBA from France.  Then I enriched my knowledge with different courses & diplomas in Management, HR, Skills, Enneagram & Psychology.
