 Supervise and allocate the work of the Accountancy section to ensure that all tasks are completed within prescribed
timescales.
 Contributes into the preparation of the annual revenue budgets, monitoring of financial performance and completion of
the annual accounts.
 Ensure the effective operation of the creditors payments functions.
 Review & final post all accounting functions transactions (AP, AR, GL, FA).
 Review & final post period‐end transactions (Depreciation, Amortization, Revenue recognition, etc.).
 Review and authorize daily (bank/cash) receipts and payments vouchers.
 Review and approve monthly bank reconciliation drafts.
 Review monthly stand‐alone IFRS financial statements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
 Monitor customers’ aging reports and follow‐up with collectors for the taken actions.
 Review different perpetual managerial reports to ensure reliability for decision making.
 Provide the possible recommendations related to the business for the higher levels.
 Ensure smooth and correct communications channels with other departments and parties.
 Provide easy and final solutions for the team’s financial & technical problems.
 Carry out any other duties that are within the scope and grading of the post which could also be requested by direct
manager.
