1- I work as a production manager at Toshiba Al-Araby for cooling and air-conditioning industries
2 - I am responsible for managing more than 300 technicians
3- My daily work is to follow up indicators of the quality of working shifts and analyze problems and breakdowns of machines
4 - weekly I follow up the progress of long and short term improvement projects to improve quality, productivity, safety, and raise the efficiency of machines by lean methodology and six sigma tools
5 - In general, I am required to design permanent improvement projects to improve the work environment and raise the efficiency of workers and machines to obtain the best level of performance that achieves the goals and policy of the company
6- I traveled to Taiwan in 2017 to contract a batch of machines to upgrade current technology
7- I participated in more than 14 short term improvement projects, which contributed to reducing the operating cost by the equivalent of 170,000 EGP from 2016 to 2018.
8- From 2018 to 2020, I implemented 6 long-term projects to modernize the manufacturing method, which contributed to saving 1.2 million pounds annually in operating costs and raw materials.
