Heba Amer

My name is Heba Amer. I am an ESL teacher. I've worked in national and international schools for 13 years. I've taught in kindergarten and elementary stages. I am a qualified Professional Teacher who employs positive discipline strategies in the classroom. Furthermore, I am a TEFL candidate with exceptional computer abilities. I've attended numerous workshops and seminars, including those at Notting Hill College on "Differentiated Instruction," Cambridge Publishing House on "20th Century Methodology Techniques," and McGraw-Hill Education on "Teaching Wonders Literacy Curriculum."

August 2021 - August 2022

 Teaching the American Wonders curriculum for the Elementary Stage (Grades 3 and 4), which includes reading literature, spelling, grammar, and writing, has allowed me to gain new knowledge during this school year at Akhnaton. The ideal place to employ contemporary techniques was the classroom. My students were much more interested and excited when I used various immersion mind breaks during my lessons.
