As Legal Director , Provide accurate, relevant and timely advice on a variety of legal topics that relate to the business sector; to ensure that all Laws and regulatory requirements are properly, comply with the role , oversee the legal aspects of the group to ensure high level of legal governance and compliance, as well as provide strategic guidance, consultation, and support. responsible for providing day-to-day legal advice on a range of various commercial and operational matters , analyze, negotiate and provide time-sensitive advice on contracts and agreements, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external counsel, leading variety of commercial and compliance-related matters in the Group .

• Provide accurate, relevant and timely advice on a variety legal topics that relate to the business sector or services to minimize legal risks.
• Assisting with various aspects of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions that may take place, including due diligence review and post-acquisition legal and compliance integration planning.
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on contracts or agreements, including master service agreements, supply agreements, subcontractor agreements, Toll Manufacture agreement , Distribution agreements , NDA or confidentiality agreements, Lease and Rent agreements , Employment agreements , Commercial and Export agreements, as well as advise on risk-related issues in connection with contracts.
• Handling Group Board of Directors meetings and Ordinary general assembly and Extraordinary general assembly and any other procedures for authentication required at investment authority on articles of association and commercial register according to the company structure changes and polices.
• Providing compliance-related advice in connection with the execution of the company’s compliance program, including areas of competition and anti-corruption law, including solutions for mitigating anti-corruption risk involved in our extensive channel partner network and other strategic partnerships.
• Carrying on the required legal investigation and recommend  procedures or decisions should be taken according to the labor law and the company's policy 
• Providing legal guidance to other departments and advising them concerning their contractual rights and obligations.
• Handling the company litigation and complains in coordination with the external legal Firms . 
• Proceeding the legal procedures and licenses , concerning any governmental authorities like (health, commercial fraud, investing, taxes) and non-governmental authorities such as (companies and banks).
• Monitoring and evaluate the outsourcing law firm performance .
• Adhering to local laws and regulation and ensuring compliance with the company’s business ethics or SOPs.
