Fady is an experienced manager who has 16+ years of experience in international organizations of various industries where he could build a multi-disciplinary profile, empowered by an array of international professional certificates.

Fady is currently holding the role of Transformation Governance Manager who is in charge of leading and successfully delivering strategy-driven growth-oriented transformation initiatives capitalizing on homogeneous cross-functional work between all organization lines of business and effective change management techniques. The operational excellence is achieved by optimizing the performance of organizational key assets; human capital and internal processes. This reflects on business organizational capabilities in terms of becoming fitter and more resilient against economical and global rapid-paced changes and emerging challenges.
