Despite that my college studies were related to mechanical engineering, I’ve realized long ago that I need to always keep learning and studying. Beside my daily job, I have been used to search for learning opportunities either as courses or self-studies. Just to put some examples for these, I’ve completed multiple online courses related to Business Skills Development from the American Chamber Of Commerce Egypt including but not limited to: Project Management, Business Analysis, Customer Service, Business Management, Managing Change, Motivation, Stress Management, Time Management, Innovation and Negotiating. On the other hand, I continued my self-studies that included: MBTI personality types, CMMS, Arduino and electronics. I’ve also studied Energy Management from RCREE (Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency) and EDGE (Green Buildings Standard).

My passion for continuous learning never affected my work performance. On the contrary, it helped me climb the career ladder quickly and I became the youngest manager in my company at the time. Merging my engineering skills and knowledge with my studies in business, gave me the chance to complete multiple successful achievements that helped me reach my current position as a Chief Transformation Officer. 

My current position is CTO (Chief Transformation Officer) and my responsibilities include the continuous preparation of the company to adapt to the external variables such as new technologies, new regulations or environmental. It also includes the strategic and organizational transformation planning to increase the market presence and profitability.
