I would like to explain you short my experience since 2010, I work at the field of Quality Control / Quality Assurances. I worked in many factories and firms under different managements. In my works, I have applied many quality methods, such as eye inspection, writing non-conformity reports, and using statistical methods for defective problems. Currently, I work as a freelance Quality Coordinator and External Auditor. For my education, I have a Quality-Control BSc, as I graduated from the Workers University. In addition, I completed courses in six sigma and lead auditor ISO 9001. I also know how to establish quality systems, documentation and policy. My career was further developed in 2017 as I joined the customer care team of a mobile company as a Quality Control specialist. My expertise and experiences were improved as well as my day-to-day work in monitoring and controlling the customer satisfaction over the phone and at the branch. And the use of statistical processes to measure their satisfaction Based on an course am taken in since 2014, in LSSYB,and certificate from Brooklyn academy, taken at Sadat academy,  then i finished from Higher Diploma at statistical control  and quality assurance, and Developed myself when i am took  Certificate course of lead auditor for  ISO 9001/2015.

i am Aware for the specifications of ISO family such as (14001/45001/22000) I looked at them because I worked in a company that applies the environmental and safety systems, and I self-study for them through electronic platforms such as (YouTube)Thanks
