Hi, my name is Amro Fagiri. I have 2 years of experience in sales, where I’ve developed strong skills in customer handling and worked across different services. I also have knowledge in HTML and CSS, along with three years of medical studies, which have given me a good understanding of anatomy.

I’m a team player but can also work independently without supervision. I’m excited to bring my skills and experience to new opportunities and challenges.

I started my career as a Telehealth Coordinator, where I worked for one year. During this time, my three years of medical studies were invaluable in sharpening my medical knowledge and helping me assist patients more effectively.

After that, I moved into the solar sales industry for five months. This role gave me hands-on experience in advising homeowners on significant decisions, improving my sales techniques, and developing my ability to build trust with clients.

Later, I worked in debt settlement for seven months. In this position, I handled sensitive customer information, which required a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. It also helped me build strong skills in using CRM systems, multitasking, and managing contracts from start to finish.

Each of these roles contributed to my professional growth and equipped me with a well-rounded skill set in customer service, sales, and management.

My whole life, I’ve wanted to be a doctor. I studied medicine for three years, driven by a passion for understanding the human body and helping others. However, life took an unexpected turn, and I wasn’t able to complete my medical degree.

At the same time, I’ve always had a love for technology and programming, which has grown over the years. I’ve developed skills in HTML and CSS, and I enjoy exploring technical solutions to challenges. Both the medical and technical fields are my top passions
