Responsible for effective management for the orders fulfillment and sales operations process for Sales Business Unit. • Working directly with Business Lines managers on strategy, sales target / objectives achievement, allocation and execution. • Manage order cycle on system end to end to ensure proper executions. • Handle all operations with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, warehousing & logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time and as requested. • Daily problem solving in order processing & continuously improving order process to reach high level of maturity & flexibility. • Following Up Foreign / local purchasing orders cycle starting from Ordering, LCs, payments & customs release status till arrival & inventory allocations. • Influence key stakeholders across the SBU and all other functions to drive change and build world class order management capability. • Monitoring Inventory levels per SKU & collaborates with cross-functional business partners to align on actions to mitigate out of stock risk while managing customer expectations proactively. • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, vendor, 3PLs through open and interactive communication. • Responsible for effective & flawless execution of the order fulfilment processes to maximize Customer Service levels. • Manage the relationship between the sales department across functional (Finance, Credit, Cost Control, Logistics, WHs, DCs…etc.). • Monitors target achievements and KPIs attainment for the sales teams. • Proactive data analytics on out of stock risks taking in account inputs from Planning, Sales, and CRM Strategy to ensure efficient order fulfillment • Maintain organized sales records and report week-end goal setting to the senior management team. • Monitoring budget during execution to meet the annual targets & objectives. • Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service, and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
