Instructional designer (Internship- Remote) in MB 
consulting and training from 6/2023 until 8/2023.
Create instructional materials such as e-learning modules, lesson 
plans and presentations.
Design instructional strategies.
Select appropriate instructional methods, techniques, and media to 
enhance learning experiences.
Utilize instructional design software and tools to enhance 
instructional content.
Incorporate elements, multimedia resources, and assessments to 
promote active learning.
Apply standards to ensure the effectiveness of instructional 
materials.
Manage instructional design projects.
 Fundraising and Training Coordinator in Call Centre Team in Ahl
Masr Foundation from 2019 until now.
Handle all outgoing calls of the call center.
Make a sheet for all new donors and monthly donors.
Make sheet of VIP donors.
Provide follow up and help the caller to donate. 
Follow up donations with collection team.

Make a questionnaire to evaluate the training.
