With will stablished experience in diversified industries including retail, hospitality, and food production in both Egypt and the United States of America. Well known for my ability to respond to customers’ complaints with professionalism and sensitivity. 

As quality assurance manager I devised procedures to inspect and report quality issues, supervised and guided staff, reported malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action and proactively recommended solutions. Made sure that all quality standards are met & communicated with external quality assurance officers during inspections. While working as a production engineer, I led initiatives' improvements, made sure policies and procedures were met, negotiated material and rates with suppliers, and made sure the project was on budget. 

Lastly as the retail industry require being attentive to details contributed to successfully performing accounting duties such as bookkeeping, issuing financial statements, and submitting reports to senior management. In addition, I was responsible for Accounts Payable & Receivable's follow-up, counting cash as well as processing transactions on the cash register. Conducting inventory analysis
