I am a Marine Chief Engineer Unlimited (Class 1) , and holding a Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Power Engineering Science ,

I Have a 30 year of on-hand experience on the Offshore Support Vessels & Marine Service filed & Shipbuilding / Ship repair filed: 

1. 18 years on the Managements, Operations, Logistic, and Chartering of the Offshore Support Vessels :(DPII AHTS -PSV-DSV- MPSV, Harbor Escort Towing Tugs…….etc), Plus all the related technical support . New Ship-Building Projects & Dry docking & Repairs and major refitting projects for all DPII - OSVs .
2. 12 years of Sea Going Service at the EGYPTIAN Navy on the Frigates & Patrol Boats and Multi -Purpose Tugs 65 T BP . Till the rank of (Lieutenant Commander) at that time I was Marine Superintendent responsible for the operation of a Flotilla of Frigates & Patrol Boats , Salvage Tugs and AHTs including their Full Technical Support / Maintenance & Modification / Dry Docking / Weaponry Systems.

 In 2001 After my navy time till now, I worked as Marine Superintended, then “Operation General Manager” ,then  “Commercial & Chartering Manager “ the as the General Manager  for a fleet of OSVs of  (65 to 100 TBP DPII AHTS – PSV – DSV- MPSV- Utility – Floating Crane – AHT - Crew Boat and Ocean Towing Tugs )  which were operating at ARAMCO & KJO fields in Saudi Arabia , and Abu Dhabi , Dubai ,UAE  , and Egypt  for all the D&P organizations (PETROBEL – GUPCO – PMS – GEMSA- …. EGPC., …etc whether at Red Sea & Med. Sea ; Apart from my company fleet, I have performed a Cross-Charter projects with the Most Rated Vessels owners along with BB charter deals as well in EGY, GCC , and North Africa.
