Responsible for the all-financial event every day like expenses, cash, revenues, cash flow of the group plus Manage The Egypt Accounting Teams and reporting all of that to the owners and CFO every day.
Provide accurate data as well as needed reports to deliver robust financial information free from error on a monthly or daily basis.
Provide support to investigate and resolve accounting issues.
Responsible for the coordination, preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packs.
Provide support to investigate and resolve accounting issues.
Perform risk analysis, review, and provide recommendations for business process changes necessary to address risks of financial misstatement. Working with management, operations and accounting teams on implementing the changes.
Implement and lead regular balance sheet reviews.
Ensure finance systems optimization and continuous improvement. Proactively contribute to the development and implementation of the Finance Systems strategy
Ensure the banking accounts are up to date and maintain a good relationship with the bank for the smooth running of the cash flow operations.
Being responsible and managing all relations with local accounting companies, Audit & Tax Consultants and tax public services with the support of the 3rd party company.
Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup.
Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
Represent and Communicate with the financial institutions on behalf of company such like insurance companies, banks, Egyptian tax authority (Tax Portal), and solve the issues concerning the company.
Preparing and reviewing Monthly value added tax form 10 (Electronic invoicing), Quarterly withholding tax form 41, annual corporate tax calculation and declaration.
Preparing and reviewing financial Issues like: (accounts payables/ receivables, balance sheet, payroll management, including bank and cash reconciliation, maintenance of cash flow forecast and treasury).
Preparing and reviewing the balance sheet, the financial statements and the financial positions of the company (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and annual).
