Proven leader in ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency in offshore and onshore environments, with a deep understanding of international standards (EN, DNV, API, ISO, LOLER).  Oversee lifting operations across Lot 2 of the East African Crude Oil Pipeline project.

 Provide technical expertise to AGI/PL LOT Managers for safe and compliant lifting operations.

 Review and approve critical lift plans, rigging calculations, and RA to ensure alignment with Company LMS.

 Conduct lifting audits to ensure procedural adherence and supervise critical lifts.

 Review and feedback provision on project documents related to lifting and hoisting submitted by contractors.

 Provision of formal responses to technical queries from contractors and project teams.

 Conducting constructability reviews to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
