of a Start-up Design Studio to a Design & Build Company, with big
portfolio, while leading and mentoring 25+ architects and construction
engineers.

Partner-Design Director, joined a company (Miamary Architects) after few months of its
opening as a Design Studio which provides only Design Service.
Named as Partner after one year of employment, due to my contribution
to the company, by provided several clients and projects to the firm
throughout my previous connections.
Added more services to the company, such as Supervision, Consultancy
and Construction, leading the company to grow from a Design Studio
with 5 employees, to a Design & Build Company with 25+ employees,
in less than 3 years.
Helped with building the company’s website and social media accounts,
which led to provide more exposure to the company, increasing the
percentage of new projects per quarter to 300%.
Developed knowledge for new software due to the constant challenges
of being part of a growing company; and the responsibilities of being at
a Director position, managing employees with different backgrounds.
Interviewed, tested and mentored more than 40 architects, whether
through their training or working under my management.
Managed 15 + employee efficiently in both Design and Construction
departments; and delivered more than 200 successful projects for
several types of Clients, such as Individuals, Commercial companies,
Retail brands, Restaurants & Coffee shops brands, and more.
Signed deals and contracts with Vendors, Suppliers, Subcontractors
and Laborers leading to an efficient, on-budget and on-time projects'
execution process.
Secured partnership deals with companies in Saudi Arabia and Qatar to
provide full Design and Tender packages remotely for several projects.
Managed to lead the company to become the Local Architectural firm of
Switzerland in Egypt, for more than 10 years, by successfully providing
consultancy, maintenance and tendering services for any architectural
or construction works required on the Swiss Embassy, the Ambassador
Residence or projects sponsored by Switzerland in Egypt.
