Ahmed Fahmy

My name is Ahmed Fahmy. I graduated from the faculty of Science with a bachelor's degree
in Special Chemistry from Azhar University in Cairo, and I am studying for a food safety
diploma at AUC right now (I finished my first course "Legislation and Compliance" and the
second one "Food Safety and Quality Management”).
I started my career as a quality specialist at Mondelēz International (CTOR) and then I was
hired as a quality engineer at Kellogg.
Passionate about food safety, regulations, and legislation, and I am skilled in auditing and
compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, FSSC22000, and QMS).
