• installation and configuration of VOIP server ( Elastix , Asterisk,Free PBX ) 
• Troubleshoot Inmarsat devices
•  installation and configuration GSM gateway 
• Responsible for the Link Budget Calculations with the Satellite Operators (Eutelsat, Arabsat, etc…)
• Configure Cisco VOIP devices 
• Installation of video conference equipment
• Troubleshooting of cisco router configuration problems 
•  Providing end-user support and troubleshooting
•  Troubleshooting link issues and speed problems
• Open troubleshoot tickets for our clients using ticket system 
• Installation of various windows and Linux based servers (SMTP, Web Apache, Network configuration, proxy … etc)
• Installation and configuration of various firewall solutions (sophos,fortinet,ISA, IPcop, smoothwall …etc)
• Experience with video compression including J2K, MPEG 2, H.264/AVC and H.265/HEVC, ASI and IP transport systems, and the utilization of test equipment surrounding those technologies
