Responsible for the most effective and efficient manufacturing strategy and machine utilization for all
parts to manufactured including optimization of machines (CNC Milling, Turning, EDM-Wire, spark
and drill), tools, fixtures and toolroom operative skills required.
Programming and setting for CNC Milling Centers, CNC Turning and Wire-Cut EDM with
FANUC, HAAS, SIEMENS, DMG MORI, AGIE and CHARMILLES Control Systems.
Responsible and accountable for the development, co-ordination and efficient use of toolroom team
resources.
