Responsibilities:
Managing a team of over 32 plus employees
Responsible for the perpetuation of the stock and maintain it within the limits required.
Responsible for Inventory management within modern methods, taking into account public safety 
workers and inventory.
Follow developments in the organization in coordination with other departments in order to 
permanent inventory 
Maintaining the condition of materials and assets and to ensure that exposure to damage or loss 
or decrease or change the specifications and provide a suitable place using the means and places 
its own. 
Provide the necessary equipment and training for employment data and send reports.
Maintaining public safety and security and safety labor under the command and the store. By 
public safety.
Responsible for ending the warehouse inventory of each period - monthly inventory - two quarters 
- an annual (and show balances stagnant data).
Appropriate budget proposal for the management of the stores within the limits of the 
Organization's potential based on studies.
Appropriate decisions as to how storage issuance in accordance with the nature of the stocks
Responsible for keeping all the special quality to make the stores and all his works are subject to 
internal audit logs models.
Responsible for issuing purchase orders for indirect materials & Organizing maintenance 
operations handling equipment with maintenance and management of the approved Agencies
Responsible for equipment and services, transport and logistics & needing for other departments.
Is responsible for the conclusion of the contract of carriage, heavy equipment representative of 
the company
Do periodic review of the varieties Inactive inventory every six months.
To comply with Operational Risk Unit guidelines for managing of Operation Risk.
Responsible for the development and purchase of machinery and equipment for vital processes 
within stores.
Responsible for classification stock - warehouse inventory - a plan and follow up their 
implementation according to plan inventory
Responsible for sealing operations orders and labor movements to end the buyer end of each 
month in accordance with the system Oracle 12.
Responsible for movement of raw materials up to points of use

Member of safety committees From Egyptian Trade Union Federation.
Member of the Committee of safety training and responsible view Committee meeting monthly 
safety Committee training.
Follow daily individuals’ attendance with daily recordings with (hits solution) program.
Components orders and forecast setting and release
Daily assurance of orders coverage and shortages issue management Components Stock

Manage relations with Suppliers to make sure that Company needs are in line with supplier’s
capacities
Collect data to support allocation management in case of shortages in accordance to market 
priorities
Control supplier closure calendar
Support suppliers to improve their delivery performance
Monitor supplier Saturation
Monitor Phase in phase out (obsolete)
Control supplier’s capacity
To support Supply Chain Manager in supplier performance, follow up
Cross Collaboration with different departments inside and outside the factory.
