Provide assisting in program updates, creating data sheets, checking
recorded data, student progress tracking
Support, training and supervision of team members
Provide feedback to team members to improve performance
Support and Follow-up in team members' tasks
Support and follow-up of paperwork for team members
Meet with team members to discuss updates, students’ progress,
implementation of plans, programs, intervention strategies, and
appropriate learning methods

RBT

Implement behavior and skill development plans under the close supervision
of BCBA using appropriate intervention procedures
Meeting new students and taking baseline data through different
assessments and behavior recording data
Implement the paperwork such as a student's data entry, graphing, program
update, creating new sheets for programs
Provide feedback to BCBA anecdotally, notes, accreted data to make
changes necessary to programs and behavior plans as needed, and provide
assistance with behavior reduction assessments and skill acquisition plans.
Professional and supportive interaction with parents or guardians and other
members of the client team as necessary
